This Customer of the Month has been a part of our organization for the past 8 years. 

They have accomplished X, Y, and Z in their career and are really good at what they do. They have spoken at our events, volunteered for opportunities from sitting on the board to helping first time attendees at our conference, and are consistently involved in our mentoring program.

This COTM could have a ribbon on their profile for a month, or a badge that shows up with their posts. This gamification shows your users that you recognize the effort they are putting in and you want to thank them for it, which will encourage further engagement.

Our advocacy program, established in 2011, is dedicated to bringing about positive change in the industry we serve. Our goal with our new advocacy management system is to capture all of our advocacy opportunities and establish a simple process for engaging customers through our website.

The ideal life cycle of an advocate starts with small tasks and virtual participation to working all the way up to committee and leadership positions.

With the use of our new system we will be able to encourage advocacy at all levels by using an intuitive system that makes it easy to define roles, post advocacy positions, track participation and reward engagement.
